Garbage Disposal not Triggering

One downside of a device always violently shaking is that it might just shake loose it’s own wiring!

To fix this, start by using your keycard to get into that side of the sink and make sure everything is still plugged in. Most importantly, we want to check that the sensor on the pipe itself and the small PCB it’s attached to is still plugged in.

Pipe not triggering automatically

The pipe works by making an electrical current go from one of the bolts to the other. If it is not triggering, it is because either the the pipe’s fit is off (it needs to touch the two bolts) or it's because the garbage disposal has shaken off the alligator clips.

To fix this, keycard your way into the right side of the sink and make sure they are attached to the wing nuts.
