Won’t stay closed or has a visible gap at the bottom

The candlestick comes apart into 3 sections: Top, middle, and bottom. There are screw threads between each of the sections, in the photo the boxes are pointing to where the parts unscrew

If the candlestick is too high up then spin the bottom section down then the top section.

If the candlestick is too low/not catching then spin the top section up followed by the bottom.

Larger issues with the candlestick

Contact Tech Support. They are working on a new version of the candlesticks and depending on the issue in your store it might be time for you to swap over. Ask them about that and they can send you the new parts. WARNING: This isn’t a super quick fix though. It involves replacing all candlesticks and the boxes they sit on.
