Updating Store Leadership in Fresh Service and Discord
From time to time, it's helpful to make sure that IT @ Headquarters has an up-to-date list of the Assistant Managers at your location. To update us and ensure that your ASMs have access to Discord as well as the solution articles here on Fresh Service, please follow the instructions below.
1. Log into Fresh Service by visiting https://support.breakoutgames.com
2. Click on 'Login' in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Click on 'Sign in with Google' and either select or enter your Breakout Gmail Credentials.

4. On the resulting screen (seen below), select 'Request an IT service'

5. Under the category (on the left) Onboarding/Offboarding, select the item 'Store Leadership Refresh' and fill out the resulting form.

Please note that once submitted, it will take 2-3 business days for us to update the Leadership access for your team. If you need this done sooner than that time frame, please contact us to escalate the issue.
