Recorder (Pill Bottles and Rabbit)
Deleting a recording (Pill Bottle Recorder)
If a guest has accidentally recorded their own message you can do the following:
Have the wrong recording pulled up. (You can navigate left and right through the recording with the left and right arrows)
Press the delete button, bottom button on right hand side.
In most cases we press the ‘Delete One’ option and then confirm on the next page.
Make sure the correct recording is still on there!

If you are having frequent issues with guests rerecording messages you might use tape to cover up all the buttons guests will not need to touch.
Adding a new Recording (Pill Bottle Recorder)
Live Recording:
This is useful if some pill bottles are broken, you’re missing backups, and you need to change which symptoms are used for the puzzle. Otherwise a standardized message should be fine.
First, have your script in front of you (which is listed at the bottom here).
Press REC, top right button on the front
Say your message
Press STOP, top left button on the front
Enjoy hearing yourself in the room for the next couple months.
Backup Recording:
Do the same as above but have your other recording ready on another device.
When you press REC on the new dictograph then press play on your prerecorded message
When it ends, and before it loops, press STOP
Script for the Pill Bottles:
Look at these... These make me sleepy... So Sleepy.
Ahhh.. I remember this kind... These always made me... Angry.
Huh... Well… These look familiar… Just looking at them makes me Hungry.
Oh, yes... Of course... The Forgetful ones.
And last but not least... The ones that make the room spin.
Our biggest recommendation is to do these recordings in a quiet place; not too close to the recorder's mic. Listen to them over again to ensure that they sound clear enough. Maybe even allow someone else who doesn’t know the script to listen to see if they can make out what is being said. If you cannot understand the recording, the guests won’t either!
NOTE: Something you might find useful is pre-recording the riddle audio on a computer or other device and saving it. That way you don't have to pull out the script and reread it every time you need to replace the recording.
Adding a new Recording (Rabbit)
A lot of stores tend to have a different button style for their rabbit. We recommend a simple press button style recorder so that way the group only has to squeeze the rabbit in order to hear the riddle. You can find our recommendation by clicking here.
For the recording inside the bunny, you will need to record the following riddle:
Follow the instructions for recording on your particular button and make sure you're doing it in a quiet place.
