X-Ray Light
X-ray light not turning on/off
This could be a couple of different things. First things first, make sure your room is on. Then, keep reading:
Check the connection to the light to make sure it is being powered. Is the power cable still plugged in to the light panel itself? If so, then check that the ON/OFF switch inside of the x-ray light itself is set to ON. During install, these switches were moved from the outside to the inside to prevent guests from being able to turn the light on and off. Since we overrode the on/off capability with the button in the cabinet, it is vital that this light is always set to the ON position. Here's an image of what the switch looks like:

Check the connection to the button in the QUIET cabinet, make sure the wiring is still correctly connected. If you identify the button as the problem, and need to replace it, see the corresponding section below.
If the button is working, the room is powered, but your panel is still not working - you may need to replace it entirely. Read the next section for instructions.
Replacing the X-Ray light
When replacing your x-ray light, you'll want to start by removing your existing x-ray light. If your screws are on the outside of the light, this should be a pretty easy process.
-
Start by removing the exterior screws and removing the light from the wall. Unplug the old light and set aside the power cable for now.
-
Pop open your new x-ray light by pushing in on the small tabs on each side and removing the front panel. To reach the inside wiring, you'll also need to gently remove the light panel itself. Keep in mind that the wires and light panel are fragile, so make sure you are being gentle during this process.

-
Make sure to set the x-ray's light ON/OFF switch to ON and tuck it inside of the light. When you mount the new light, we'd recommend mounting it from the inside of the panel so that way it doesn't affect the front plastic panel. Make sure that you reconnect the power to the x-ray light before you completely mount the panel to the wall.

- After connecting the power and mounting the x-ray light, you should be able to click the front panel back in place.
- You're good to go!
X-Ray button not working
If your button is not working, there are a few things to check.
- Is your room powered on?
- Is the wiring still attached to your button? You can check this easily by removing the lid of the "desk" cabinet. If the wiring is still attached, the room is powered, and you don't have issues with the actual x-ray panel, you might need to replace the button itself.
If you need to replace the button, the process is pretty simple.
- The button itself should be settled in the hole drilled into the cabinet, so you should be able to remove the wiring in the back and remove the old button.
- Put the new button in place (if it's the same kind), and hook up the wiring the same way the old one was wired up. Use the images below for reference.
