Rebooking Guide

We’re introducing a new code for game rebookings: REPLAYNOW. This code will make any game, no matter the size of the group, cost $90 (please note: this is different from what we said at the retreat). The code can be used Sundays-Fridays ONLY.

In times when it’s available, we can give this option to guests in-store after they’ve completed their game: “Replay now for just $90.”

The why behind this new strategy:

It’s much easier to sell a game to those who have already played a game than someone who’s never played before.
Giving players this option right after they have just experienced a game capitalizes on their enthusiasm and excitement.
Running another game for the same guests on the same day while staff is still present massively cuts down on labor and will help you hit your labor incentives!

How to Use:

After a group has finished their game, verbally offer them a chance to play another game for $90.
- “If you all would like to play another game RIGHT NOW, we have some games available. And we have a special discount you can use to play for just $90.”
If the guests are interested, tell them what games are available.
The game should be run the same day, IMMEDIATELY after their current game is over (with allowing time for resetting). If the group needs to leave and come back later, you should encourage them to purchase a gift card with our in-store discount for gift cards (see page 2).
Book the game using the REPLAYNOW code internally. Do not give the code to guests to book themselves.

Guidelines:

Do not use this code for a booking on a different day in the future.
The code should not be used for corporate groups or games run on Friday nights or Saturdays.
The game needs to be run within 30 minutes by a staff member already on shift.
Do not offer this code on the phone or before a guest has played a game.
Do not use this code to persuade guests who are concerned with the game’s cost, unless it is to get them to replay another game while they are still inside the store.
