📞 Phone Script: Team Booking Inquiry

Agent Script:

“Hi, thank you for calling Breakout Games! This is [Your Name]—how can I help you today?”

If they’re calling about a group or team booking:

“Great! Just to make sure we get you taken care of the right way, can I ask what kind of group you’re booking for?”

➤ If NOT a Qualifying Team (e.g., birthday, family, friends):

“Awesome! That sounds like a celebration. I can help you book that as a regular reservation.”

➤ If They ARE a Team Booking (e.g., school, church, company, sports team):

“Perfect—you qualify for our Team Booking program! To get started, please visit breakoutgames.com/team and fill out the quick Quote Request form. You’ll get all the details instantly to help plan your event.”

Optional:

“If you'd prefer, I can take your name and number and send it over to our Sales Team—you’ll receive a call back within 24 business hours.”
